The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent) i.v.m. § Section 12 of the Saxon Data Protection Implementation Act (SächsDSDG) (processing of personal data for the purposes of scientific research) and Sections 4 and 45 of the Saxon Freedom of Higher Education Act (SächsHSFG) (research).
